Captain Jack Sparrow...
Well, this is a small tribute to a great adoration. Just how much have I loved pirates' adventures since childhood - no one knows now. But I still do.
To this guy here I owe that my dreams of the sea, of wind and of sailing ships have returned to me once again.

Captain Jack and The Black Pearl have just been through a spell of nasty weather, but the sky has now cleared, and he's looking at it, filled with thrill of new adventures coming, and ready to give his command to set sail.

I must say that all the ropes and stuff here are drawn out of head without so much as a reference (for the face I had one, though!). So if you know what they should actually look like - I apologize before you in that case...

And Jack is so fun to draw! All these thingies in the hair, - though I'm not quite sure he has all of them in the picture... I lost count when I was drawing them...
This took me 3 days of next to non-stop work in Painter IX (I'm starting to seriously appreciate the program), but my ghost, this was fun. I even drew a cartoonish Jack while one of the periods of rest! Will see if that pic ever gets posted...

And, for all love of the world, fullview... I do not ask for that each time, but this one will be worth it, I think!

This is just some stuff that came into my head while drawing the pic and listening to soundtracks of "Curse of the Black Pearl" and "Dead Man's Chest"... Well, I do know that I'm no poet
